Program description and consent
By explicitly consenting, customers agree to receive proposal and service-related SMS messages from Huntington Air Conditioning at the mobile number they provide. Messages may include requested proposal links, scheduling information, appointment updates, answers to service questions, and related follow-up.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the customer's proposal or service request. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers may contact Huntington Air Conditioning by phone or email instead.
Opt-out and assistance
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, a customer may receive one final message confirming the request.
Program limitations
This is a customer-requested proposal and service communication program. No marketing blasts, purchased lists, or third-party lead messaging are part of this program.
